As a direct result of Castle’s commitment to safer vehicles, driver training and along with their risk and compliance education courses, James Brown and Sons are willing to offer preferential minibus insurance rates on two types of policy;
- Rental vehicles based on 12-month rental contracts
- Leased vehicles with durations of 2 to 5 years (in some cases fixed for three years)

Further savings on minibus insurance with the Minibus Compliance Course
For schools who have the Green Light Review after attending the Castle Minibus Compliance Course (MCC), James Brown and Sons are offering further discounts.
If schools have had the Green Light Review, following the initial MCC, they will qualify for a further 10% discount, and that is fixed for a 3-year term. Compliance and safety come hand-in-hand and again James Brown and Sons recognised that a school that has created and most importantly, can now provide evidence of a robust safety system for their minibus operations, will further lower their risk of a claim.
The now well-established MCC was written in consultation with a former traffic police officer and former senior traffic commissioner, has been RoSPA certified and delivered to over 460 schools with an average satisfaction rating of 9.2/10.
